Responsibilities:
- Estimate the cost of construction projects, including materials, labour, and equipment.
- Develop and manage project budgets to ensure they are realistic and aligned with project goals.
- Oversee the tendering process, including the preparation of tender documents and evaluation of bids.
- Manage contract terms, monitor compliance, and handle variations or amendments to contracts.
- Control project costs by monitoring expenditures and providing regular cost reports.
- Calculate quantities of materials and labor required for construction projects.
- Negotiate with suppliers and contractors to secure favorable terms on behalf of the client
- Coordinate with office, site , workers and clients
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Quantity surveyor or related qualification.
- with Class 3 Driver license.
