Responsibilities:

• Estimate the cost of construction projects, including materials, labour, and equipment.
• Develop and manage project budgets to ensure they are realistic and aligned with project goals.
• Oversee the tendering process, including the preparation of tender documents and evaluation of bids.
• Manage contract terms, monitor compliance, and handle variations or amendments to contracts.
• Control project costs by monitoring expenditures and providing regular cost reports.
• Calculate quantities of materials and labor required for construction projects.
• Negotiate with suppliers and contractors to secure favorable terms on behalf of the client
• Coordinate with office, site , workers and clients

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Quantity surveyor or related qualification.
• with Class 3 Driver license.
