Job Description:
- To prepare bill of quantities and tendering of projects.
- To make enquiry and compare materials and subcontractors pricing for procurement.
- To evaluate, prepare and submit project monthly progress claims and variation orders, if any.
- To evaluate subcontractors' monthly progress claims and submit recommendation for payment.
- To attend consultants and site meeting.
- All contract administrative and other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent.
- Minimum 10 yrs relevant working experience in landed residential houses and condominiums projects.
- Must be proactive and able to work independently.
