Production Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervising and coordinating the work of production teams to meet targets and deadlines
• Monitoring production processes and identifying areas for improvement
• Monitor product quality and enforce GMP and safety standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials and packaging
• Collaborating with other departments to optimise workflows and resolve issues
• Plan production schedule and maintain levels
• Coordinate and provide training to production staff
• Conduct regular equipment checks and schedule maintenance as needed
• Improve operation planning using data analytics
• Support new product launched and scale-up process

Requirements:

• Significant experience as a Production Supervisor or Team Leader in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and resource management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate teams
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address operational challenges
• Relevant qualifications in operations, supply chain, or a related field
• Possess positive working attitude
• Able to work overtime
