- Assist with new products start-up and Customer returns process
- Identify waste and improve the manufacturing processes
- Provide support to production equipment and tools
- Strive to meet Departmental cost and Quality objectives
- Follow up closely on daily Quality trends and analyze daily Quality issues
Requirements
- At least Diploma in Electronics / Mechanical / Chemical Engineering
- At least 3 years of similar experience within manufacturing industry problem-solving skills
- Prior knowledge with SMT process is an added advantage
- Able to function as a good team player
