Senior Program Executive (HR, Governance & Operations)

We are seeking a highly capable Senior Program Executive to support a broad portfolio spanning Human Resources, Procurement, Governance, and Business Continuity. This role plays a key part in strengthening organisational effectiveness by ensuring robust HR practices, strong compliance frameworks, and operational resilience.

Key Responsibilities1. Human Resource Management
  • Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Administer and review compensation & benefits programmes
  • Coordinate learning & development initiatives and training plans
  • Support performance management cycles and talent development initiatives
  • Prepare and analyse HR reports, dashboards, and workforce data
  • Assist in HR policy review and implementation
  • Support employee engagement and organisational development activities
  • Provide day-to-day HR operations and administrative support
2. Procurement & Vendor Management
  • Maintain and update procurement policies and procedures
  • Ensure adherence to procurement governance and compliance standards
  • Manage vendor documentation and contract registers
  • Support vendor evaluation and ensure proper record-keeping for audit readiness
3. Governance, Compliance & Data Protection
  • Maintain and update organisational SOPs, templates, and documentation
  • Support compliance with regulatory and governance frameworks, including:Personal Data Protection ActCharity governance and IPC requirements
  • Act as Deputy Data Protection Officer (DPO):Implement and monitor data protection policiesManage data-related queries, incidents, and risk reporting
  • Support audit processes and regulatory submissions
4. Business Continuity Planning (BCP)
  • Coordinate annual BCP exercises and simulations
  • Work with departments to ensure BCP readiness and continuous improvement
  • Maintain and update BCP documentation
5. Projects & Continuous Improvement
  • Support cross-functional initiatives, including process improvement and digitalisation
  • Undertake ad hoc projects and assignments as required
