Solution Partnership & Engagement

  • Proactively identify and onboard new solution providers into our GS1 Singapore Solution Partner Programme.
  • Foster strong relationships with existing partners by organizing engagement activities, including workshops, webinars, and networking sessions.
  • Act as a bridge between solution providers and GS1 Singapore, ensuring alignment on industry best practices and innovations.

Solution Centre Set-up & Management

  • Play a vital role in setting up and managing the GS1 Singapore Solution Centre, a hub for showcasing GS1 solutions in supply chain efficiency, healthcare, and retail innovation.
  • Organize live demonstrations, presentations, and events to showcase how GS1 Standards with solutions can transform businesses.
  • Maintain and enhance the Solution Centre to keep it at the forefront of industry trends and developments.

Driving 2D Barcode Initiatives

  • Support the adoption of GS1 2D barcodes across various industries by assisting in strategic planning and execution.
  • Conduct outreach programs to educate stakeholders on the benefits of transitioning to 2D barcodes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track the progress of 2D barcode deployment and drive industry adoption.

Other Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the ideation and implementation of new value-added services that enhance member engagement.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports on activities, ensuring management stays informed on key initiatives
  • Take on additional projects and responsibilities as assigned, helping to shape the future of GS1 Singapore.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a partnership development, business development, or account management role.
  • Knowledge of Automatic Identification Data Capture (AIDC) Technologies would be useful
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuasively pitch partnership opportunities
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to measure partnership performance and make informed decisions.
  • Degree or Diploma in Business management
