Job Description:

J & I Spa 2 is looking for an experienced Beauty Manager to lead and oversee our spa operations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the beauty and wellness industry in Singapore, with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

✅ Manage daily spa operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent service quality
✅ Oversee and train beauty therapists to maintain high standards of treatments
✅ Develop and implement promotional strategies to attract new clients
✅ Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and ensure client satisfaction
✅ Maintain spa inventory, manage supplies, and ensure hygiene compliance
✅ Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving business goals

✔ Proven experience as a Beauty Manager or Senior Therapist in a local spa/salon
✔ Strong knowledge of beauty and wellness treatments
✔ Excellent customer service and communication skills
✔ Ability to lead a team and manage daily operations efficiently
✔ Business-minded with experience in sales and marketing strategies
✔ Familiarity with spa products and retail sales
✔ Able to work long hours, weekends, and public holidays
