You are responsible for the entire 'cycle': finding hiring managers, understanding their pain points, and headhunting the talent that matches their needs.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Never accepts 'No': If a client doesn't answer, you find another way in.

  • Is a 'Sourcing Ninja': You don't just post on job boards you use LinkedIn, AI tools, and your personal network to find 'passive' talent that others miss.

  • Has a 'Closer' Mentality: You understand that a placement isn't a placement until the candidate signs the contract and starts work.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle of recruitment for external clients/employers
  • Manage the recruitment process from requisition management, candidate sourcing, selection process, interview process, and other pre-hiring activities.
  • Constant follow up on candidate leads to meet job order requisition plan.
  • Recommend suitable candidates to respective clients.
  • Work with various partners for placement opportunities.
  • Participate in physical and virtual career fairs, subsequently updating of candidates' database system.
  • Support the Career Resources Station (CRS) event booth by engaging with jobseekers enquiries.
  • Attend to jobseekers' enquiries eg. on available job vacancies and hiring companies.
  • Take initiative to approach the public members and engage job seekers

Requirements

  • Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Independent & proactive.
  • CEI certification is a plus but those without will be sent for certification.

Remuneration

  • Basic + Commission

  • Working location: Chinatown
  • Working hours: 830am - 6pm (5 days per week)
  • No experience required as training and support will be provided.
  • (Candidate are require to go through One Day Paid Trial (No Experience Candidate))
