Responsibilities
Delivery Operations
Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to ensure timely delivery of orders
. Load and unload products at the start and end of each shift
. Verify order accuracy before departure (correct items, quantities, and packaging)
. Obtain proof of delivery (signatures, photos) as required
Vehicle & Equipment Care
Maintain your own vehicle in good working condition
. Ensure proper storage of food items during transit (spill prevention)
. Keep delivery equipment (thermal bags) clean and functional
Customer Service
Interact professionally and courteously with customers at point of delivery
Compliance & Safety
Adhere to all traffic rules and safe driving practices
. Comply with food safety and hygiene standards during transport
. Follow company policies regarding conduct
Requirements
Vehicle Ownership
Own vehicle (Car / Motorcycle)
Valid Singapore Class 2B (Motorcycle), Class 3 (Car), or Class 3/4 (Van) driving license
Experience
No prior delivery experience required - training provided
Language
Able to communicate in basic English (for navigation and customer interaction)
