Job Responsibilities:

• Working closely with Venue Leads to assess and refine project requirements.
• Project Management and Collaborating with contractors to establish effective project timelines and ensure adherence to schedules.
• Tracking the progress of awarded projects and addressing any deviations proactively.
• Ensuring that project plans align with operational needs and long-term objectives.
• Presenting comprehensive project plans, updates, and outcomes to senior management.
• Providing data-driven insights to support decision-making and resource allocation.

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Infrastructure or Building services.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in Facilities operations.
• At least 5 years of experience in Project Management.
• Strong ability to engage effectively with stakeholders on facilities-related matters.
