Service Associate, Captain (Lobby Lounge)

Located within Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore.

Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards of guest service, presentation, and cleanliness.
  • Guide and support junior staff during service.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure mise-en-place is complete and replenished.
  • Monitor inventory and coordinate with relevant departments.
  • Uphold hygiene, safety, and grooming standards.
  • Assist in training and onboarding of new team members.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of F&B experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with hygiene and safety protocols.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work shifts and weekends.
