Service Associate, Captain (Lobby Lounge)
Located within Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore.
Job Responsibilities- Maintain high standards of guest service, presentation, and cleanliness.
- Guide and support junior staff during service.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure mise-en-place is complete and replenished.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Uphold hygiene, safety, and grooming standards.
- Assist in training and onboarding of new team members.
- Minimum 2 years of F&B experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Familiarity with hygiene and safety protocols.
- Team-oriented with a proactive attitude.
- Flexibility to work shifts and weekends.
