Responsibilities

• Review vendor invoices and process payments, supporting business operations.
• Review budget applications and ensuring smooth business support.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders within finance and other departments (e.g., marketing, business development) as well as external stakeholders to facilitate business operations.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, processes, and procedures, supporting overall business integrity.
• Support internal and external audits, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial data, while coordinating audit processes and onsite work with key partners
• Participate in special projects and system enhancements as directed by the supervisor or manager, contributing to improved business functionality.
• Update daily and weekly bank reports.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned, in alignment with business needs.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Accountancy or certified accountant (CA Singapore, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent)
• Background in finance operations handling digital and fiat transactions.
• Experience in supporting operational tasks like transaction processing and budget reviews.
• Prior experience in audit or exposure to audit processes is a plus, particularly in financial related audits.
• Strong analytical skills and able to resolve issues in a fast-changing environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills for coordinating with internal and external partners.
• Comfortable in a dynamic setting with shifting priorities, capable of handling pressure and meeting deadlines effectively.
• Proficient in English & Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking stakeholders
• Skills in MS Office (Excel - Pivot Table, Vlookup, Words, Powerpoint)
