Job Description:

Develop and implement effective SEA business marketing strategy in alignment with global, regional and local strategies including messaging development, customer segmentation and touchpoints, market research and intelligence

Provide strategic and operational support to regional and local teams to ensure high-performance delivery across all regional and local marketing campaigns

Manage Inside sales team to deliver on the marketing and sales funnel and to measure & track on marketing ROI

Manage the annual marketing budget and ensure marketing expenses are tracked and justifiable

Drive Yokogawa's Digital Enterprise Solutions business through business marketing not limited to events, digital marketing, partner marketing

Work with the Corporate Marketing team for integrated branding and demand generation marketing activities

Lead and mentor a team of marketing focal from Local country offices, setting clear goals and KPI expectations

Job Requirements:

Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising

At least 10 years in high performing demand generation B2B marketing role with revenue accountability in a highly matrix global organization. Growth marketing experience is an advantage

Experienced in optimizing multi-channel campaigns, especially digital

Very good understanding of SEA Market and industry trends

Proven track record managing multiple priorities with cross-functional teams

Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously

Experienced in team transformation

Ability to articulate and present plans to sales leaders and executives

Inside Sales management is an advantage

Industrial automation experience is an advantage
