Job Summary
Lead and strategically grow Asia Fibre Trading Pte. Ltd.'s Tissue & Personal Care business across international markets, focusing on market share expansion, profitability, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive international business strategies for the Tissue & Personal Care segment, aligning with overall company objectives.
- Drive significant market share growth and revenue generation across various international regions, identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities.
- P&L responsibility for the international Tissue & Personal Care division, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing international sales and operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and success.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key international customers, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
- Oversee product portfolio development and innovation for international markets, ensuring competitiveness and meeting evolving customer needs.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory environments to inform strategic decisions and adapt business plans accordingly.
- Negotiate and manage high-value international contracts and partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with all international trade regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.
- Report regularly on business performance, market dynamics, and strategic initiatives to the executive leadership team.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in the tissue, personal care, or related consumer goods industry, with a strong focus on international markets.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a significant P&L within an international business unit.
- Extensive experience in developing and executing international market entry strategies and expansion plans.
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and inspire high-performing multinational teams.
- Deep understanding of international trade, logistics, and regulatory frameworks.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is highly preferred.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages relevant to key international markets (e.g., Mandarin, Spanish) is a significant advantage.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively internationally.
