Resposibility:

Duties for the general manager will include identifying sales & business opportunities, coordinating business operations, monitoring, and motivating staff, managing operational costs, maintaining client relationship, improving administration processes, monitoring safety standard, engaging with vendors, hiring and training employees, and monitoring financial activities.

He/she plays a critical role in creating an exceptional first impression and highly effective central hub of communication on behalf of the organization for its customers, suppliers, and other partners.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business management

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in financial management, project management, and business analytics software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience with contracts and partnerships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing (preferabbly multi-langguges skill)
  • A results-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to handle pressure and work under tight deadlines.
  • Availability for travel as required for business development or project oversight.
  • Ability to adapt to a constantly changing business environment.
